Terms of Trading

Items are shipped to the UK mainland only at our £6.50 flat-rate. Except where order value is higher than £150 where shipping will be free. For all Highlands, off shore UK Islands and Northern Ireland the shipping cost is £19.50.

On the UK mainland Saturday and AM deliveries are available, please call us for a price.We also deliver to Eire, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg. All at a fixed cost of £19.50.

Items are shipped via First Class or equivalent postage with DPD (UK) being our preferred carrier. Please note that somebody must be available at the delivery address given to sign for the goods. If undelivered, the goods will be returned to the delivery depot and rescheduled for delivery. In such cases a £5 redelivery charge will be made to the customer.

Stock items ordered before 3:00pm are normally dispatched for next-day delivery, Monday to Friday.

Items normally ship within 1-3 working days of order confirmation but may take up to 21 days where specialist stock or unforeseen circumstances are involved. 

Customers wishing to return items should contact us by telephone first – 0121 773 2228. Returned items will be refunded if returned in saleable condition. 

Customers are requested to return faulty goods at their expense to our warehouse address complete with invoice number or date of original purchase plus a short description of the problem. It is recommended that returns are sent via insured postal methods - preferably Royal Mail. Our technical people when then either replace or refund the original purchase value plus reasonable cost towards the postage. Liability is limited to the replacement value of the goods. 

These Terms of Trading are to be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Catering Equipment Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
